Problem with action strings 2

The installation of action strings 2 and kontakt 7 seems to be successfull but nothing happen when I start the program action strings: the computer bugs . I installed and reinstalled three times Native access, action strings 2 and kont akt 7 player. I work on win 11 with an i7 proecssor as asked. I dont understand cause all the other NI products go as well. Can NI give me my money back ?

    Action Strings is a plugin, not a program. You don't start Action Strings, you Start Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol then select Actions Strings as the plugin. Is that what you're doing?
