Kontakt Update not showing

A library I bought, Action Strings 2, says I need kontakt 7 10.2.0 but when I go to update it in Native Access 2 it doesn't show. Any tips?

What is your Mac OS version and what is your Native Access version ? and what is your Kontakt version ?
If your OS is too old then the the update might not show , same goes if the N.A: is too old !

The issue was my mac os, I was able to update it after I updated my mac. Thank you for your help!
