Sonoma 14.5 lost my playlists, archives and recordings!

Help!
I updated to Sonoma 14.5 and Traktor Pro 3 has lost all my playlists, archive and recordings.
Can anybody advise how I might restore them? (Can't find them anywhere)
(No, I did not have backup)
Don't upgrade if you don't have backup!!!

Are you using iCloud sync stuff?
Can you see if there are backups create by traktor? https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/209590729-How-to-Restore-the-TRAKTOR-Track-Collection-from-a-Backup Should be under User > *Your Username* > Documents > Native Instruments > Traktor x.x.x > Backup > Collection

Thank you, I’ll check that. I do still have my whole collection, it’s not that. It’s that the playlists I made, the archive history with all my sets in and the audio recordings I made are all gone.

The playlists are saved in the collection.nml
(Unless it works differently if you create them with the music app, I don't know about that)
