cant install NI access

I have been trying to install guitar rig but i get the pop up

Ive tried uninstalling native access but not working.Cant find Access setup pc.exe or any file related to it

    this pop up comes up when i try to uninstall previous version

    How are you trying to uninstall the previous version?

    And what version of Windows is this?
