How long will it take to get the transfer ID from NI?

I have send the request two days before…

but still not getting any response…

did anyone here got some relate experience for it? Thank you!

  I find it usually takes very little time - I sold a keyboard this week and it took about ten minutes. If it's been two days I'd put in a support request. You can do that via the chatbot at the bottom of this page - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/sections/18115022767005
