    Guitar rig 4 only runs as a demo, I enter the serial and native access says they have added but it doesn't show up and nothing changes.

    I can not find how to download it to reinstall and the upgrade says they can't find the program to upgrade.

    Try enabling "Show discontinued products" in the Native Access 2 settings, under "Legacy Products".

    Does that help with activating it?

    I read this belatedly... Do you own an appropriate license? An upgrade license requires a base product. In that case, it would be Guitar Rig LE.
