Can you enable pitch in FL Studio of Pulgin

In Fl Studio I use multiple snares and I want to pitch them all at same time using FL studio Pitch System. However when I rotate "Pitch" knob, it doesn't do anything.

    Melodyne (Trial version)

    I am looking for simple "Pitch" knob. I searched before for "Pitch Shifter FL STUDIO"


    but the mixed sound looks damaged. Is there any VST3 for Pitch?
