Headphone cue on Z2 not working

Hi there, my headphone cue for deck A on my Z2 stopped working today whilst mixing… any ideas on how to fix this?

    Hello,

    can you check with another application,like YT or a media player, and send audio to channels 1/2 and then 3/4. Or is the midi signal missing, if you press cue on the hardware does the software follow, do you see cue then enabled.
