Is there anyone working support for NI?

Bought a new keyboard, it never made it past customs and none of my tickets seem to be getting any responses. Is their customer service even in existence?

last ticket was 4139713

sent 1/12 - is anyone else having issues?

    @Jeremy_NI is working at N.I. customer-care and is a liaison to support ! Give him a day to arrive and hopefully he will take a look at things for you !

    @Arter Sorry to hear about your bad experience. We're in the middle of the biggest sales season and we have to eal with a lot of requests at the moment. I've escalated your case, someone should get back to you soon.
