S88 MK3 Availability

Sorry for the post but I'm getting frustrated. I tried to contact you with email, support and Facebook and no-one is speaking to me. I have paid in full for the S88 MK3 on your website on the 10th of October so a month and half ago. I the time of the purchase it was in stock. Now it saying that it is not in stock. Any chance someone could take a minute to let me know if I am going to get the keyboard? Thank you

    Hey all, some news regarding the S88 mk3 pre-orders made through NI:

    • S88's are arriving early / mid December
    • All preorders are being prioritised!
    • European preorders will be fulfilled / shipped around Dec 11th
    • Americas preorders can ben fulfilled/ shipped around Dec 13th

    sad to hear that, i can fully understand you, i would be even angry. I can mark @Kaiwan_NI and i guess tomorrow she can have a look into this and forward it to the right team. Hope it get´s solved as soon as possible.

    @Uwe303 Thank you for your help. Yes I am getting fairly frustrated, although I'm trying to keep thing in perspective as there are worst things in the world, but as a business, I wish they could make an effort with customer service. hopefully someone will contact me.
