komplete Kontrol 2.9.4 / 2.9.6 | Preferences won't open

Can anyone please tell me why when I click Preferences in Komplete Kontrol, whether loaded as AU or VST from the instrument rack, or from Plug-ins, I simply can't access the next panel when I hit preferences. The browser just closes. I would like to be able to access my library settings directly from the preferences within the plugin so I don't have to constantly open the Komplete outside of Ableton.

I tried removing Komplete and installing 2.9.4 and 2.9.6, but the same thing happens.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

    Why don’t you want to open preferences from the standalone? It’s not something people need access to ‘constantly’ as a rule

    Works fine here in Windows 10 (22H2) with KK 2.9.6 within Studio One (6.2.1)

    You do not mention what OS you are using but if it's Sonoma - that might be a clue.

    It is not supported at this time.

    @MST89 That's a strange behaviour, not reported before AFAIK.

    If you open Komplete Kontrol in standalone, is everything functional?

    There were some issues I reported regarding menu items not being selectable in Sonoma 14.1 @MST89 if so try 14.1.1, that fixed those issues for me
