not showing right preset

im using komplete s61 keys.

ive selected loops and i can scroll and hear presets.

for example:if i go to loops on keyboard and select solar breeze/ B ATMAN

on komplete kontrol on my mac screen it says bass 120 charina {wrong preset}

ive redownloaded komplete kontrol and scanned plug ins and no joy

my instruments working fine ie;massive/hypha etc any help please thank you

    It's sorted out

    I'm kk app in drop-down box you have two options

    Audio and sampler.i had it on audio.when I scrolled on s61 I could hear preset but on kk app the preset didn't change until I set it to sample.Now when I scroll hear sound I want and push large button it changes to the correct preset on screen IE kk app.i sent photos of this

    Hmmm...

    Maybe, but just maybe, you should refresh or even reinstall the software, but before you do that, make sure to screenshot all the libraries you made, if you made any.

    I did the same for my Kontakt and the issue was solved.

    You can also try resetting the database:

    Reinitialize the KOMPLETE KONTROL Database

    1. Go to the following location on your computer:
    2. Macintosh HD > Users > *Your User Name* > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments
    3. Note: The User Library folder is hidden. See this article for instructions to access hidden macOS folders.
    4. Search through the Native Instruments folder at this location to find the KOMPLETE KONTROL folder.
    5. Delete only the KOMPLETE KONTROL folder found here.
    6. Note: Deleting other NI product folders could result in unexpected behavior with other applications.
    7. Reboot your computer and reopen the KOMPLETE KONTROL software to check that the issue has been resolved.

    @Galacticelastic Make sure that you chose the correct path, there's a local library and a user library:

    Macintosh HD > Users > *Your User Name* > Library > Application Support >

    Note: the User Library folder is hidden. To access it, click on Go in the menu bar and press down the Alt key. You'll now find the Library entry in the menu:

    I think ive worked it out.ok in loops and one shots if its set to audio and you sample it on keyboard s61 kk preset does not change on kk app. on desktop.if i set to sampler in instruments drop down box and you scroll on s161 it shows the preset change on kk app .

    any feedback please if ive got this right?

    @Galacticelastic It was written to delete the whole Komplete Kontrol folder.
