Problems with Komplete Kontrol MK3: One of the files cannot be found error

I have this problem when I open komplete kontrol standalone...ScanApp3.

Solutions?

  This is a known bug. Go to iZotopes website and download the RX10 Elements installer, this will fix the issue and allow you to use RX10.

  Yes, I know, I do this too but it would be useful to find a solution.

  However, it's bad that an error like this comes out.

  So I install iZotope_RX_10_Elements_v10_4_1.dmg and then everything should be fine. But by opening it on NI since it was a gift to the s88, is it registered as a license correctly?
