Why has a red dot appeared all of a sudden next to Komplete Kontrol in plug-ins window?

    This has nothing to do with the VST. You have marked it as a favorite using the 1 key on your keyboard. Simply select it and click 1 again to get rid of the red dot.

    Thanks Daniel. You have just saved me a lot of time.

    I have spent a whole day updating and reinstalling vst's and Komplete Kontrol thinking there was some bug in the files.

    I was going to say that too, but then I doubted myself because the display for "favorites" is usually a star, right? Or is that just for presets that you want to mark as favorites?
