License transfer taking more than 48 hours
Hi - iv requested a license transfer on Monday - my friend has had my copy of Komplete 10 off me as I no longer make music. He Plans to upgrade during the sale but I havn’t received any confirmation of it being unregistered- can anyone help please as we are worried he will miss the sale if I resubmit the request? thanks

Cancelling Shipping Order Withing a Few Hours
I ordered the KOMPLETE KONTROL M32 through Native Instruments, but I realized that it was not the product I really wanted. I ordered at 11 pm EST and sent a ticket to return at around 1:30 EST. Did NI just change the font for their webpage/community?
Fore example, Krabbencutter’s Orfanidis EQ page looks like this. The new font is really aesthetically pleasing. I was starting to get sick of the normal NI font and then they change it to this nice and fresh one, without destroying the look of NI. I hope they keep it this way.
