I own Komplete Select, Komplete 12 Upgrade, and Komplete 14 Standard Update, all of which are transferable. I confirmed via email that I could sell them. I submitted the transfer request on Sunday (5 business days ago). I put in a ticket and got a response but nothing since. It states they take 24-48 hours. I sold my licenses and the buyer is patiently waiting for the transfer keys.
Why does the support take so long? They should be more considerate of their customers. And at least update the turn around time.
