Kontact Factory library 2 doesn't install

Numerous attempts to install Kontact Factory library 2 always ended (and stop) in this way. someone can help me?

    Hello,

    have you tried to clean the download folder (you can lookup in the preferences, standard is:

    • macOS: Macintosh HD > Users > *Username* > Downloads
    • Windows: C: > Users > Public > Downloads
