Purchased Music Production Suite 6.5, but not available for download
I purchased the Music Production Suite 6.5 a few days ago, but it's not showing up in Native Access to be able to download. I've also checked my purchase history on the Native Instruments webpage, and it does show as being purchased, but I have no option to download her either, nor do I have a serial number. Any ideas?

session percussionist patterns start at the wrong place while in a DAW
When I press down a key to play a pattern in session percussionist it starts on the first bar of the pattern… When I'm inside my DAW and press the same key, the pattern starts on another bar. Anybody know how to fix this?
