Hi community
I'm a new to iZotope and just bought Ozone 11, but I encountered a problem when logging in. Product Portal keeps showing "Unable to connect!" after I finished the log in form.
I've tried those two methods, but unfortunately neither of them helped:

- Add it to the Allowed Apps in Windows Defender Firewallhttps://support.izotope.com/hc/en-us/articles/6658022240273-Product-Portal-Connection-Issues
Also, I've tried turning my PC off and on several times.
So I'm wondering how I can start using it … Thanks in advance.
