How can I repair the assistant?
The Izotope assistant crashes across the entire suite (Neutron, Nectar, Ozone, etc.). An error window appears: "Files missing... Some files required by Balance Assistant could not be found. Please reinstall in order to use this feature." I have reinstalled the entire suite, but the problem persists. What should I do?

Izotope Neutron 5 > relay
Hello, Not easy to get support now with Izotope. Looks difficult too with Native. I have Neutron 5 and Ozone Imager 2 but I can't find the relay plugin. So I can't use Virtual Mixer without having a CPU in the red. Plus it's impossible to get support from izotope? I can't select a tag in the list.

Tried running Neutron in Maschine and caused lag on the sound on which it was applied
Mixing fully in Maschine is probably not the best option but it's all I have for now. I tried adding neutron to a kick and the kick started to lag behind the rest of the song.
