AAE error -20009 with Neutron 5 in Pro Tools Audiosuite

If you get an AAE error -20009, and then Pro Tools crashes, when you want to preview Neutron 5 in audiosuite, that's probably because you've got a track selected in the Sidechain menu (key symbol). By the way, is anyone find this option usefull in Audiosuite, if it's working fine on other configuration than mine?

Some quick things to check:

Reduce Selection Length: Try processing a shorter clip (under 30 seconds). The machine learning modules in Neutron 5 can occasionally time out the AudioSuite buffer on long files.

Check Channel Configuration: Ensure the AudioSuite window is set to "Mono" or "Multi-Input" instead of "Stereo" if you are processing a mono track. A mismatch here is a common trigger for -20009.

Toggle "Use In Playlist": Turn off the "Use In Playlist" button in the AudioSuite header, render the file to the Clip List, and then manually drag it onto your track. This bypasses the immediate timeline rewrite which can cause engine errors.
