I got Neutron 5 Elements today from that free Japanese promotion Izotope is doing right now. I was able to install and authorize Neutron with zero issues, but I can't use it in Reaper.
I have my VST recognition paths in Reaper set to the default VST path and the path that Neutron installed to. (C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugins;C:\Program Files\iZotope). I have tried reinstalling the plugin itself and reinstalling Reaper as I have seen suggested online to people facing similar issues, neither of which worked.
I got Ozone 9 Elements four years ago during a promotion and installed that with no issue into Reaper; I was able to take the .dll file from the Ozone install and move it into the default Reaper VST path. I can't seem to find a .dll file for Neutron though, so I can't copy that same process.
Did I do something wrong or is there a bug somewhere? I just started using Windows 11 for music after my old computer (non-Windows) started having some difficulties running music programs, so I'm still getting used to running Reaper and VSTs on Windows 11 and I might just be ignorant here.
