iZotope Neutron 4 elements “Some files required by Assistant..”
Good evening,
in the neutron 4 elements plugin contained in KOMPLETE 14 Collector's Edition I get the following screen when I press start listening. Solution? I have Ventura M1.
Thank you

If this is happening inside a DAW then what DAW ? Also ! , have you by any chance been moving your User folder to a non-default location ?

@PoorFellow logic and no I didn't move it..

@PoorFellow also because all the other izotope products are fine. Only neutron has this problem

Then my only personal guess would be that for some reason then the installation did not install everything as it should. Or it could be a problem related to the DAW or some setting in the DAW. I will have to ask @Jeremy_NI : Do you think that this is a DAW related problem and if , do you have anything to add ?
Also , it appears as if most help is for the previous version of Neutron which is not exactly helping !
You being on macOS Ventura I will quote the standard pages such as these though you most likely knows all this ! (all NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access , same goes for iZotope apps including Product Portal if using that) :
How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS : https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/4415601248657-How-to-Enable-Full-Disk-Access-on-macOS
Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats : https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014663958-Notes-on-Network-Drives-and-Disk-Formats
If it is a problem regarding product not being installed correctly then I took these instructions of the internet , though I have no idea if they are fitting for your particular OS . If it doesn't help then my own suggestion is to contact iZotope customer service / support !
Mac:
To uninstall, please first close all running applications. You can then uninstall iZotope software by using an uninstall script that is provided in the following location:
(Macintosh HD)/Library/Application Support/iZotope/ *iZotope Product*
The script is in the root-level Library folder, and not in the User-level Library folder.
Mac:
When installing, please be sure to install the software on the admin account on your Mac. You can confirm that you are the admin account by following these steps:
From the Apple menu, select System Preferences.
Select ‘Users & Groups’
Select your user account, and then view the right panel. If Allow user to administer this computer isn’t checked, you don’t have admin rights.
If the issue persists, please try installing your software while your computer is booted in Safe Mode. This helps to prevent other applications and drivers from interfering with your installation. To boot your Mac in Safe Mode please follow these steps:https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

@PoorFellow In the meantime, thank you for the replies and I'll update you as soon as I manage to check.
Thank you very much

I realized that native access actually doesn't install it properly and it fails.
He's the only one who, despite trying several times, continues to fail.
The strange thing is that I see that the files are deleted and written correctly inside the folders.
Giving complete access to the disk has absolutely nothing to do with it because I installed all the other komplete CE plug-ins without problems.
I see that inside the "unpacked_files" folder there is the install. Should I try clicking from there?
Should I write to izotope? But having only Native Instruments accounts to enter, write to izotope, do I have to register from scratch with them too? (it doesn't make sense if they are under native instruments..).

If you do not follow what the N.I./iZotope support and support articles say then it's no use to ask for support. But otherwise then my only advice at this point would be to contact the proper support N.I. or iZotope !

it's not that I don't want to follow what support says because I always have, but I also act logically.
If all the software I have installed correctly, the problem is probably elsewhere.
But I don't want to start useless discussions, also because I wrote and asked other questions above in search of a solution.
In the future I will contact support in order to find appropriate solutions.
Thanks anyway for your interest.
Greetings
