Cubase 13 and 14 block list

NI have a 50% price reduction for all versions of Komplete 15. That is unless you are an existing customer. There is no reduction in the upgrade/update price to version 15 for existing customers. I thought I did all the correct steps but still not showing up. downloaded Native to applications folder made sure library installs in Native go to Components folder in the the Audio Plugin folder on my mac Neither NI or Komplete 15 is showing up in logic pro. I have no idea what else to do :(

Why this deal is so poor? 2024 Black Friday price for updating from version 14 to version 15 costs 499.00 €. I don't think that's a very fair offer. Why does the update have this kind of pricing, which is practically far from the promised 50 % discount?

Why on earth would the Cyber/Black Friday "hoopla" be reduced pricing on everything but with the loyalists such as us, we get full pricing of $499.00 for the upgrade. Nothing like leaving loyal customers in the dusts NI. Not a great strategy.
