As far as I can see then no , not yet at least : Which Products Are Included with NI 360 Essentials / Plus / Pro?
I’m a bit surprised to see also no introductory discount offer as that has typically been customary. Circular looks pretty great, but the price is steep… And it really seems like it would function even better if it were modeled after XLN’s XO where it could just scan all of your samples an offer those up. I think it would also be very useful if it were able to run as a midi effect.

Probably because it is third party/partnership instrument:
There is usually no intro discount for something like this.
