Komplete Select Voucher Code

Hello! I have a Komplete Select Voucher Code but when I add it on the purchase it says:

"The voucher code '***********' is not valid. Please check the voucher details, review the terms and conditions of the voucher or contact support for assistance."

I want to know what is the issue… Im following the steps I got with the code:

"How it works

1. Check the "Voucher Code" displayed below.

2. Choose your Komplete Select bundle* and redeem your voucher.

3. Create a new Native ID account or login with your existing account in the check out process.

4. Download Native Access where you can find and download your Komplete Select plugins.

5. Check your Komplete Select serial number in My Account.

6. Launch Native Access, select “Add Serial” and enter its serial number.

7. Install Komplete Kontrol software to set up your controller.

8. Install Kontakt Player to use your instruments."

    If this is a voucher code that comes in an email after a N.I. hardware registration then if you have only the Komplete Select version of your choice in the cart and the Voucher Code still doesn't work then you need to contact N.I. Purchase Support.

    On the other hand then if you got the code from third party then you might have to check out third party redeem instructions.

    Also if you bought the keyboard with a software bundle like e.g. Komplete 15 Standard then please notice that you need to redeem the Komplete 15 Select of your choice first after registering the hardware before that you can register the Komplete 15 Standard..

    Thanks for your reply and trying to help.

    Voucher is simply the 'latest' FREE offer from Arturia to all owners of KeyLab MK3 etc..
    Which is the latest Arturia + NI agreement

    NI calls it voucher, Arturia calls it voucher, but it is a licence key… in my case!

    Within Arturia account I only see a licence key.
    There is no way for me to install Komplete Select - not listed within NA - no links within NI account = nothing!

    So, I thought to add that licence key within NA, it accepted it and it only added The Gentleman ! - this all after initial heartache.

    So I thought, OK lets try and install Kontakt Komplete and see if it changes to Select - just a test.

    Even Kontakt Komplete - as mentioned - installed fine ' after a very long time' (the usual with NA) and upon running from desktop or 'open' from NA, it starts scanning again and again - ends scanning and then that scanning pop-up stays there forever doing nothing - I left it for hours as well, just in case.
    Upon checking Task Manager, I see 6 instances of ni-plugin-info.exe - taking some CPU = doing something = I see nothing happening. In Firewall it is allowed to connect - it is not connected.

    The only connection is the usual NTKdaemon.exe 'barely' going OUT, not downloading anything

    Firewall is open for various NI apps/scripts to connect - if needed - it would not have installed if it did not - unless a further app wants to connect I would see it.

    The key is for: 'Native Instruments Komplete Select' - as copied from Arturia account.

    Arturia will reply tomorrow - 'for sure and as usual - reason I buy from them manly - they deserve it' - it is not as bad as NI.
    Arturia has the best Customer care in the world = FACT - unless you are a rich pro, nobody helps you from NI !

    If one can fix it, it is Arturia… if NI does not step in and mess it up for them.
    I guess Arturia is learning a lesson - do not get involved with NI - for the sake of sales.

    I sincerely hope Arturia does not get bought by NI - the end!

    I am guessing, Arturia will provide a 'real' voucher' to use upon 'buying Komplete Select via NI website and use voucher to zero payment.

    The Support links do not work - as mentioned.
    Tried various browsers too!

    Will wait for 'efficient' Arturia - sales, technical, etc. all works there!
