Unable to install Native Access

Question

Hello,

I have been completely unable to install Native Access with version 3.24. I get as far as "installing dependencies," I install the NTK Daemon, and then get an eventual "Unable to start the NTK Daemon. Please restart Native Access. If the issue persists, please contact support." I had success installing a previous version of Native Access but it automatically attempted updating on relaunch leading back to the previous loop.

Using terminal to launch Native Access using the 'sudo' argument yielded the following: "Error: Command failed: killall NTKDaemon — No matching processes were found" and eventually "Error: Timeout waiting for Daemon start…"

Manually attempting to launch the daemon via terminal yields a libc++abi error message.

Some other steps I have tried:

* Attempted to reinstall the NTK Daemon manually
* Ensured that both Native Access and the NTK Daemon have full disk access
* Completely removed Native Access, NTK Daemon, and all related files following an NI guide.

I am on a Mac Studio M2 Ultra running MacOS 15.7.7

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your reply @Jeremy_NI - I am indeed running the silicon version of Native Access

Just to be sure, you installed the Apple Silicon version of Native Access here?
