Website list of updates ? (N.A. login problem)

Is there anywhere on the website where we can see if updates are available. It would be nice to know this without having to start up NA on the off chance.

To get notified without open Native Access? No, i don't think so.
You can check updates here, on the right side of the main pages of each category:
Product categories
- Native Access
- Maschine
- Komplete General
- Komplete Kontrol
- Kontakt
- Reaktor
- Battery 4
- Guitar Rig & FX
- Massive X & Synths
- Other Software & Hardware
- Traktor Software & Hardware
But still, those are posted after the update, not before.
Newsletters might partially do the job, but, again, after the update, not before.
As you can see, the fastest way to be informed about updates, is to simply open your Native Access for less than a minute… it is not that slow!

Thanks for your reply. In that case however, it might be nice if NA would at least remember my email and password as all similar assistants for other software do.

But it does that!
At least for the huge majority of the users,Did you checked the "keep me logged in" option when you open NA and asks you for login?

No it does not, there is nowhere ever such a choice.
I am on Sonoma 14.7.2 on a Mac mini M2 Pro.

Which version of Native Access you use?

Hi Sunborn, The latest one 3.17.0, because it just upgraded. But the problem was there with all previuos versions I had too.

Ok, then most probably it is something web-related, such as cleaning all your cookies.
I can't say for sure, but please try this:
- Put the address below on your exception list (i.e. do not remove this cookie)
auth.native-instruments.com - Then open Native Access and login again.
- Close Native Access (do not logout!)
- Restart computer and open NA to see it this works!

My main browser is Firefox, but i also use Chrome.
Those are for everyday use.
Opera and Tor are also installed, each one for specific use.

It's a Mac issue..
Make sure that all the N.I. apps , including NTKDaemon and Native Access has been granted full disk access
Then try adding NTKDaemon in the Login Item…. Else check the rest of the discussion also
If the problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

None of the above has helped the situation. When I tried to contact support I stopped after a while in order to preserve my sanity. Round and round you are sent from one page to another and with a stupid chat clearly devised to discourage people from even trying to get support. Disgraceful!

Regarding contacting support. It might not seem the most practical contact option. Simply write that you want to contact support, answer the few questions and you should either be directed to a chat agent or if no one's available your request will be submitted. If you have issues logging to your account you'll find a dedicated typeform. I just tested it again, I got an email confirmation within 2 minutes. Just insist a little bit. I believe @PoorFellow already gave you the links.
And yes I know there is room for improvement for our contact options, major improvements in that domain should come by the end of this quarter.
