How to get MASCHINE software?
I bought MASCHINE MK3 but the MASCHINE software is missing. REAKTOR, MASSIVE and MONARK downloaded correctly but MASCHINE did not. How to get MASCHINE software ?

Hey there, there's an issue with certain serials not being deployed when registering Maschine hardware bought through retailers. Please check that your OS supports Maschine 3, if it does then get in touch with our support here: https://bit.ly/n1orders

According to your profile you're using MacOS 12 Monterey, Maschine 3 requires at least MacOS 13 Ventura.

Check the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page to see if the missing products are listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products. If products lists but lists as not registered then use the serial in the Native Access add serial.
[Edit : Also as D-One writes then product will not show in Native Access if not compatible with your OS]
Then if the product lists on the account page but not in Native Access then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads), else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .
If product is on account page and the above does not help then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
Else if product is missing from the account page then please contact N.I. Account Support , they handle all registration issues .

Please check your emails for registration keys to use in Native Access else if product is missing from the account page and you didn't get any registration key for the product in your emails (including in the spam folder) then please contact N.I. Account Support , they handle all registration issues .
