Hello, I Bought a used maschine plus off guitar center, plugged it in and it was working fine in standalone mode. I tried to register the serial number to my account and there was an error saying it was already registered to another account. I sent in a ticket with all the info needed, receipt and pic of the serial numbers on the back of the unit. The ai Jonas said I need to purchase a full license of maschine 3 software to register it and use it if I cannot get a license transfer from the original owner. Issue is I went to turn it back on after that failed registration and I was in standalone mode and it wouldn't move past the maschine is starting page. It will stay stuck on the startup indefinitely. Ive tried rebooting it by holding down the power button for 10 seconds and same thing. also plugged it into my mac and my pc and the maschine stays on maschine+ logo on the left screen and the other on "production and performance system" screen on the right side. Ive tried multiple power on and power offs. I've tried with and without sd card, same issue. I've also tried loading the system-reset-v2.nut onto the root of the sd card and I never get any prompts to reboot or anything. I've also tried a native instruments updater tool I found on the drivers page for maschine plus hardware which did something, all the pads turned red and it said it was rebooting and came back to the same thing, stuck on maschine starting screen that continues to load indefinitely. Does anyone know a workaround to this? maybe another way to hard reset it or something I can do to reinstall firmware or update it? debating whether I should just return it at this point or not if it's a defective unit. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
