Izotope are not showing in Native Access

Good morning, I have an issue with Izotope products not showing up in Native Access, except for Trash. I have a Komplete Ultimate account, and I had to reinstall everything. Ozone 11 is installed, but it doesn't appear in Native Access, nor do the standard or the EQ versions. I’ve tried chatting with customer support several times, but it has been useless. What can I do to solve this? Thank you very much.

Not all iZotope product will appear in Native Access.

A very small subset does appear - here in September 2025 - but the bulk of the product still requires the use of the iZotope Product Portal app - to both install and authorize.

Ozone 11 is installed, but it doesn't appear in Native Access

Seeing that you have given the information that you own Komplete 15 Ultimate then indeed Ozone 11 Standard ought to show.

You can try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access.

Sometimes however it has been seen that N.A: can have a hard time recognizing that a product is already there and installed if the JSON file representing that it is installed is present , so you can also try moving the Ozone 11 / iZotope-Ozone 11 JSON from C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products to elsewhere before resetting the XML as described above and then restart the computer to see if that helps.

Otherwise then the problem could be related to the ongoing efforts to merge iZotope accounts with N.I. accounts and then you should contact N.I. Support (all)
