Issue with Komplete Kontrol M32 Serial Number and Device Recognition

Dear Native Instruments Support,

I recently purchased a Komplete Kontrol M32 secondhand. On my previous computer, it worked perfectly without requiring any additional driver installation. However, after switching to a new PC, the device is no longer recognized by the system.

I attempted to install the necessary drivers via Native Access, but I’m encountering an issue where the serial number is not being accepted.

Could you please assist me with resolving this issue or advise me on how to proceed?
Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards,

@nowintersnowman Sorry to stumble upon your thread so late after the fact. Please note that, even though we help users on the forum when we can, it's not a substitute to support.

If you successfully added the serial of the M32 or if the licence transfer was done, you don't have to register it again. I don't see any product attached to the email address provided (same as for the forum). Maybe you have your NI account assigned to another email? You can check with support if needed: https://bit.ly/NI_Support_All

And for the keyboard not being recognized, this is a good place to start: My Komplete Kontrol keyboard does not start

When you bought the M32 secondhand you should have had the hardware serial transferred to your N.I. account and thus registered to your N.I. account. If you did that then all you need is to log in to the same account again in latest version of Native Access for your OS and then install Komplete Kontrol which ought to install the drivers for your keyboard.

If you have not had the hardware serial transferred to your N.I. account then you need to contact N.I.Support (all) with proof of purchase and a picture of the hardware serial and ask them to help get the serial transferred.

In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care
