Maschine mikro mk3 software
I need help, yes native access does not appear the maschine software for download, I state that I have registered the product and also the id. I can't find a solution. Tnx

If the product missing in Native Access is listed as registered on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS , else then you can try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
Otherwise then :
Is this a new or a secondhand product ? If so then if there is any hiccups or problems in connection with a license transfer then the forum can not help you and you need to contact N.I. But first of all make sure that your operating system is supported:

Tnx for you consideration, my maschine is secondhand product, but have everything serial and ID also my os is OK, windows 10 16 GB Ram and i7 processor.
