Unsolvable problem with Native Access 2 Error: "Error while mounting disk image"

I can not install my new bought pack "Noire" and will recive the Error: "Error while mounting disk image". I already tried to follow the step by step guide provided by NI

https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/5446176600081-Native-Access-2-Error-Error-while-mounting-disk-imageUnfortunatly I cannot find the iso file on my pc. so as suggested by NI I need to contact the support directly to receive a direct download file. but there seems no possibility to contact NI directly.
Does somebody of you know how to get this download link? Or is there a way to get refunded?

    你可以在这个地址找到下载中的iso文件

    C:\Users\Public\Downloads

    这是NI设置的默认地址，但根据NI的指南我无法在下载进行时装载iso文件，当下载完成后由于自动进行的安装会直接删除iso文件，因此指南上的方法不可行
