Access to software (download) through Native Access

I purchased Komplete 14 and received a download link to access it through Native Access. However, when I click on the link, I get the following in the attached PDF. Is there some reason why I can't see my software in Native Access?
(PDF removed by mod - please don't post your serial numbers to public forums)

Well you have to open the Native Access application, your products should be there to install. You will not find the bundle to install but all the products available to download and install separately. If nothing shows up, it might be this issue: Kontakt libraries go missing in Kontakt and/or Native Access.
If that doesn't help, our mods posted links to support!

Does K14 appear in a "New products" tab in Native Access? Also, are you running the latest version of Native Access? If it's not showing there then you probably need to contact support unless @Jeremy_NI has any quick suggestions. Komplete 14 does not show as a product in Native Access it is only showing in the form of the products of which it consists.
You should be able to see any serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products. Please check the page to see if the Komplete 14 serial lists as registered there. If it lists as not registered then please register the serial in Native Access first then the products from Komplete 14 ought to appear in the Native Access app to download.
If products still do not appear in Native Access after that then log out of NA and try Jeremy_NI's : Kontakt libraries go missing in Kontakt and Native Access.

Have you downloaded and installed Native Access at all? If not, here's the link:
Install, log in to your NI account and all the products included in the K14 bundle.

I do have the latest version of Native Access downloaded and installed.

When you have downloaded and installed Native Access then you are supposed to see a list of products for installation in Native Access.

Good day. Just to summarize:
- I am running the latest version of Native Access
- My list of products K14 appear in 'My Account' in the 'Registered Products' section.
- When I click on the 'Download via Native Access' link I'm not taken to my Native Access. After clicking I get the attached response (see pdf)
- If I go into Native Access my K14 is not listed there

I'm sorry but in your screenshot I can only see the Native Access page. Have you installed it or not?

Where exactly do you "click on the Download" ? It would clarify a lot more with a screenshot of exactly what and where that it is that you 'click' to download what ?
