I have Komplete Audio 6 which is not showing in my NI My Products. I have the old style serial number and can't add it to my Native Access_2. There's a 14 digit number on the box, and a 15 character-number on the bottom of my KA6. Any help is appreciated.

why is battery4 opening like this in logic pro 10.7.9?
hi all. the only thing i changed since i started working on this project is i updated from macOS12 to macOS13. since then this is what battery looks like to me in projects created with macOS12. projects created in logic with battery fresh with macOS13 are fine though. any ideas?

rounds vst3 seq problems

Why is Battery automatically looping imported samples?
When importing samples into a cell via the "Add Sample..." item in the cell context menu (right click on Windows) some samples are looped automatically. Where is a button to activate the one shot function?
