Kontakt 7 Refuses to open after update but works outside of DAW
I just received an update via Native Access for Kontakt 7 (Kontakt 7.10.9 (2025-08-12)) but after installing it, Kontakt 7 no longer opens but requests that I contact the manufacturer. When I open it independently (oustide the daw) it opens up just fine. Please help.

I don't care about AI songwriter apps - AI should be finessing the sound, not the notes because the notes are the human's business - ANYWAY, so to compare 7 and 8, is there anything in the performance, sound library, or sound sculpting abilities that should convince me to do the upgrade? K8.5 - Electric Keys Diamond - No image in Libraries view
Hi Just updated K8 to 8.5.And also had 2 updates for Electric keys Diamond & Phoenix (to 1.1.0). The image for E keys Diamond is a black section where the image should be (see attached jpg) The instrument still loads however when clicked. Any suggestions. I have relaunched Kontakt a few times without result.
