35 please log in with an active subscription account
When I try to connect to Beatport, I get an error code "35 please log in with an active subscription account".
My subscription is active, and this works on my Macbook, but not on my windows machine.
I have completely removed all NI software and deleted everything I can think of, but it still says this on a fresh install.
Any ideas?

NI Support already recommended this and I tried both. Did not work.
I've completely wiped everything NI related, reinstalled, and now getting this issue:
I've tried using multiple different browsers, and the API link just doesn't work.

I got the exact same problem - first the error 35 and now I'm stuck with the "need a new app" situation. The problem started (again) after the Beatport trial ended and my paid subscription started. When will this be resolved?

Recent Beta still hasn't fixed this. I'm going back and forth with NI Support.

Same issue on the latest update. Devs even mentioned it in the RV patch notes.
