Upgrade from KOMPLETE Select Beats to Std. not possible?

Hi everyone,

yesterday I've bought SELECT Beats in the NI shop. I've also bought Komplete 15 Standard Upgrade Select from Thomann.
When I enter the serial number in Native Access it says that I am missing the base product.

Is upgrading from SELECT Beats not possible? Is there something I am missing?
Beats is listed in my products and Access has the instruments.

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS .

Please check the My Products page to see if the Select Beats list as a registered product else if you got a Select key the try using that in latest version of Native Access for your OS.

Have you installed any of the Select Beats products ? If not then try installing e.g. "Duets" , then reboot computer and then try again if N.A. will accept your upgrade serial.

Else then it's probably just an annoying but minor bug that you should have NI Support fix for you.

If need be then please contact N.I. Support (all)

Hooray. Installing a library worked. Then I recieved the mail that Komplete 15 is registered. And finally my serial number worked, thank you so much.

As for the method used here then , yes, at least some times then it appear to be a prerequisite that you install something for the bundle to be registered.
