Bought Maschine Mk3 and software won't display in Native Access. What can be done?
I bought Maschine Mk3, and receive an email confirmation for this softwares: Reaktor Prism for Maschine, Monark for Maschine, Massive for Maschine. But I have no access to MAschine software in Native Access. My computer is a notebook running intel i7 and the OS is Windows 11. How can I find and get to install the Maschine software?

Are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ? You should be ,
Check the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page to see if the missing products are listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products. If products lists as not registered then use the serial in the Native Access add serial. Also then check your emails (including in the spam folder) for a registration key for the product to use in Native Access add serial..
Then if the product lists on the account page but not in Native Access then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access . If product is on account page and the above does not help then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
Else if product is missing from the account page and you didn't get any registration key for the product in your emails (including in the spam folder) then please contact N.I. Account Support , they handle all registration issues .

Thanks PoorFellow. On the products and serials listed in the NI account, there's only the Hardware registration (MASCHINE MK3 R2 HW). The Maschine Software is missing from that list and from Native Access. NA version is the latest. SPAM mail checked, nothing.
