    Having the same issue, brand new Maschine Mikro mk3 but no maschine software shows up in Native Access

    Just bought a brand new Maschine Mikro MK3 and the Maschine software is missing in my Native Access after entering the serial number…. how do i fix this?

    how do i get ahold of someone? i submitted a ticket, is there a faster way? its my day off, i was really wanting to use this thing…….

    Same problem. I received Maschine last Thursday and followed all install instructions/registration that was available but no Maschine 2 or 3 software was available, rendering my Maschine completely useless. It's been 3 incredibly frustrating days, no one from support will write back. I finally found a download for Machine 2 software after hours of searching this site but it will not allow me to connect Maschine 2 software to my NI Access so i can register my product with this seperate software that i had to download. It's really crazy to me that so many people have the exact same issue and NI has not fixed this. I've talked to several friends about this issue and no one else can figure out what is going on either- as an analogy to how incredibly frustrating this is- it's like I received a remote but the company 'forgot' to send the TV….

    Same problem here, registered my Maschine mk3 hardware 2 days ago and no software on native access, submitted a ticket the same day and still haven't heard back because they don't offer support on the weekends. I'm sitting here looking at a box with pads that can't do anything.

    I'm having the same issue described above. I just purchased (NEW) my Maschine MK3 a few days ago. On first install I got some errors (I didn't capture), mentioning something about an invalid path. However the install was able to resume and complete. However I have never seen the Maschine 2 (or Maschine 3) software as available for download and install within Native Instruments
