Native Access failing to install updates
I think the Install Helper Tool is failing to install properly in my Native Access. I keep getting the error message which sends me to the article about going to security and privacy on my Mac to checkmark the proper full-disc permissions, however all of my permissions are granted, so i have no idea what is wrong. I unistalled Native Access and re-installed it and it just keeps doing the same thing.
I cannot find a good NI customer service place to open a support ticket…. can someone please help?

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Otherwise I have these three support articles for you to check with respect to the N.A. problem.

Native Access and Installation Support be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in request , if there is then log-in , at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't , that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket.

I found this article and tried to manually enalble the Daemon in the Mac Terminal… but it failed to fix the issue. :-/

It is June 18th and I still have not been able to fix this issue with Native Access failing to install my updates. I also just purchased a new Kontakt Library which is also failing to install. I have my libraries located on an external HD just fine… they all still work fine…. however this new library is failing to install and it has something to do with the Native Access problem. You can see below that the new Quartarone Guitar Reveries says it is installed, but there is no GB size shown because the library is not showing up inside my Kontakt.

(You need to use a browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)

I am talking to another support agent and I ran the NI report tool again but no luck so far. I am just going through the exact same steps that I was told to do before and there has never been any luck solving this issue. I have completely uninstalled NA and all its files everywhere like 3 times and it is always the same. I think i may have to contact Apple Support and see if someone there can help me. Something is blocking the install process from succeeding through the NA app…. it just constantly thinks that I have not given the full disk permissions. I even uninstalled my Mac Cleaner Pro program and it still continues the install fails. I had had the Mac Cleaner pro long before the NA stopped working though, so I really don't think that was the issue anyway.

I had someone from NI tell me that there are known bugs/flaws with the latest version of Native Access, so I'm hoping they'll have an update soon!
