"Unable to Login" to Native Access 3

I have Native Access 3 and struggling to open. I put in my email and password and it says "Unable to Login". I click on the web-link below it and have restarted my computer, allowed full disk access to Native Access, Logic, NKTDaemon etc. but it is still not working. Can someone help me fix this?

There has been introduced chat support for Native Access assistance (at least daytime on normal work days) :
At the page N.I. Native Access and Installation Support be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in request , if there is then log-in , at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't , that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket !

Hey there,
please delete/uninstall your current installed Native Access version and download the latest from here

Please make sure to properly discern between a Mac log-in pop-up and that of Native Access. Some users have had problems because mixing up the two when the Mac OS made a pop up ! (put in Mac login credentials if a Mac popup and put in N.I. login credentials if logging into Native Access popup)

If you have a specific problem with Native Access then my advice is to open a thread of your own in the appropriate Native Access sub-forum and give all necessary information including computer type , OS version , Native Access version , and any other info that might be of help including error messages, an eventual screenshot of problem and what you have done to troubleshoot so far! Or alternatively contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support right away instead !

The same thing has happened to me. I downloaded and reloaded Native Access too many times to count. The steps/directions they sent me are irrelevant to my system and YOU CANNOT GET IN SPEAK WITH A REAL HUMAN. The customer service sucks so far. I've lost at least a week's time of work and no one seems to care (since they have my money already).

As mentioned above by PoorFellow above, the pop-up is NOT asking for the NI password, it's a mac window asking for the system/admin password. I've been fooled by this more than once!
