First of all, I already received the Transfer ID from the seller

And I thought I had completed the transfer, but it didn't apply

When I tried to apply it again, it said it was already registered

I asked through support, but they told me to prove the purchase, but I don't have a receipt because it was a used transaction

For me, the transfer ID and a few serial numbers that the seller gave me are all there is

Is mail through support the only way to solve it?

    How and where did you buy?

    Maybe a screenshot of the conversation and the payment can be accepted as a receipt.
