Bought a Traktor Kontrol S2 second hand, registration isn't working.

Hi,

I've got a question: I bought a Traktor Kontrol S2 second hand and the person who sold it to me gave me the transfer ID and everything seemed fine. The product is in my account right now, so I know the transfer itself went well. However when I want to activate Traktor Pro 3, I need the serial number for said activation, which I have. The screen on Native Access keeps stuck on 'registering' sadly. I think it's a bug since I bought the product second hand. I already made a ticket yesterday, but haven't heard back still. Is there a faster way to get around this error? I've read of multiple people who have had this error, but this seemed a wider spread problem which since was fixed by Native Instruments. Therefore I believe this is a different problem.
