Hello,
I am having an activation/entitlement problem with my KOMPLETE upgrade chain.
My account currently shows:
Registered:
- KOMPLETE 13
- KOMPLETE 13 ULTIMATE Upgrade for KOMPLETE
Not registered:
- KOMPLETE 14 ULTIMATE
- KOMPLETE 14 COLLECTOR’S EDITION
- KOMPLETE 26 COLLECTOR’S EDITION
Both KOMPLETE 14 Collector’s Edition and KOMPLETE 26 Collector’s Edition were purchased directly from the Native Instruments store, and both orders are shown as completed.
The intended upgrade chain is:
KOMPLETE 13
→ KOMPLETE 13 ULTIMATE
→ KOMPLETE 14 COLLECTOR’S EDITION
→ KOMPLETE 26 COLLECTOR’S EDITION
Native Access recognizes many of the products and allows me to download and install KOMPLETE 26 content. For example, Absynth 6 and Circular appear as available products with an Install button.
However, after installing Absynth 6, it opens in Demo mode even when launched as a standalone application. It displays “Run Demo,” “Buy License,” and “Open Native Access.”
I have already confirmed that:
- Native Access and the NI website use exactly the same Native ID/email address.
- There are no active license transfers.
- Native Access has been reinstalled.
- Native Access has been run as administrator.
- The folder C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments was renamed and regenerated.
- NativeAccess.xml in the Service Center folder was renamed and regenerated.
- There was no Absynth 6-specific XML file in the Service Center folder.
- Native Access was refreshed after regenerating the activation files.
Absynth 6 still opens in Demo mode.
System:
- Windows 11 Home 25H2, OS build 26200.8737
- Native Access 3.25.1
- Absynth 6.1.0
I have already opened a support ticket, but I would like to know whether anyone has experienced this specific situation: products are available for download in Native Access, but the KOMPLETE bundles appear as “Not registered” and the installed products remain in Demo mode.
Does this indicate a server-side entitlement problem that only Registration Support can correct, or is there another local activation step I should check?
Thank you.
