Should my purchase history and loyalty offers have been migrated to Native Access? At the moment, I'm still having to login and purchase new products on the iZotope site / Product Portal using my original iZotope login credentials to gain any loyalty offers. When I log in using Native Access credentials, my Purchase History is empty and no loyalty offers are available. I also see different activated products in the Product Portal when logging in with different credentials. I also don't see my iZotope products in Native Access.
