iZotope Purchase History and Loyalty Offer Migration

Hi,

Should my purchase history and loyalty offers have been migrated to Native Access? At the moment, I'm still having to login and purchase new products on the iZotope site / Product Portal using my original iZotope login credentials to gain any loyalty offers. When I log in using Native Access credentials, my Purchase History is empty and no loyalty offers are available. I also see different activated products in the Product Portal when logging in with different credentials. I also don't see my iZotope products in Native Access.

With respect to the offers then there still might be a problem showing iZo loyalty offers on the NI website, they are supposed to be fixed in 2026 but might have been delayed because of the was preliminary-insolvency situation , and now after iNMusic has taken over then it is impossible to say what will be the exact course before anything has been announced.

Anyway , in any case then both with respect to the account problem and with respect to the lack of loyalty offers then please contact N.I.Support .

Also please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.
