How long does license transfer take?

I recently purchased a machine studio and the dude I bought it from put in a transfer request yesterday and still hasn’t heard anything back so I’m curious how long it generally takes? I made a ticket and they didn’t answer my questions both times. I even sent them the email from the account that’s requesting to be transferred to ask them about the status and they gave me a robotic answer not evening coming remotely close to answering my questions. Also one encoder knob is missing so am I able to order a new one? If I can’t get machine studio knobs can I use a maschine plus knob or any of the other maschine encoder knobs? Thanks for the help!

Please do not open multiple tickets , it only creates confusion and delays.

Also please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.

When there is no sale going on then response time usually is within a few days. However in the case of transfers it can take longer time if N.I. think that they need to check out anything.

But you should expect a few workdays. If you get no response after some workdays then we can ask NI Customer Care to look into things , however then they also only work on normal workdays as do NI Support.
