Are you sure that you are logged into same account with same credentials as when buying ? Also make sure that your order is not stuck. Check your account if Maschine 3 is registered to your account..
Else then are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ? What is your N.A. version ?
And have you given ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon full disk access ? : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
