Password working on NI website but not on Native Acess !
please help, i have triple checked everything
NI site credentials are identical to those needed to login to Native Access. Not sure what you are doing differently when logging into NA but the two are the same

Having the same issues. Install of new library was working then stopped. Restarted mac and now unablen to access Native Access password error. Can login to account on firefox….

Over a month of waiting without being able to use the MK3... No response from customer service... As a NI customer for 25 years, I'm really disappointed.
@Moonmaan if you can log in to your account on the main site, then you can access the direct download page and install software from there.

Native Access launches but doin an install failed with message to contact support
I’m on a MacBook Air running Sequoia 15.7.2 and Native Access 3.22.0
Today it asked me to login again but rejected my password. But it was working fine yesterday.

Native Access launches but doing an install fails with a message suggesting contacting support. Yee ha!
So an historical note for all.
There USED to be different account credentials for the NI "store" and these forums (under an older version, some years ago).
It used to be that your account name (your email) would be the same for both, but that you had to remember the forum password to get here, and you had to know the store password to get logged on over there.
But that has changed, and now there's only one login. Now your NI account should ALSO use the password that was for the store.
So any users who maybe have been out of the game for a few years, you might be having troubles logging on to one or the other if you're still using y
